SHIPPING COSTS:
Once your purchase has been made and your payment has been received, all orders are packaged and shipped within 72 hours. When your package has shipped you will be notified via email.

Orders Within Canada:
Base shipping cost for orders within Canada are $9.99. All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and will arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please contact us directly and we will provide you with the upgraded shipping cost for expedited service.

Orders to the US:
Base shipping cost for orders to the US are $19.99. All orders to the US are shipped via UPS with tracking and will arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please contact us directly and we will provide you with the upgraded shipping cost for expedited service.

International Orders:
Please contact us with requests for international shipping and we will do our best to provide you with a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.

Shipping Note:
We do not pay any duties or customs fees associated with your order. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. For additional information regarding customs and brokerage fees, please consult your local shipping agent prior to making a purchase, as pricing to each individual location will vary.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

To Return an Item:
The item in question must be in its original packaging and unused condition. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase date. Please complete and submit the form through our contact page to request a refund.

Damaged Items:
Any damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you. Please send us photos of the damage in question and we will replace it within 2 weeks. Please complete and submit the form on our contact page to report a damaged item.

Lost or Stolen Items:
Any lost or stolen item will be replaced at no charge or refunded. Please complete and submit the form through our contact page to report a lost or stolen item.

Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges:
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used. This includes candles that have already been burned, merchandise that has been stained or altered, curated items that are vintage or antique and come with minor imperfections, and any other items deemed ineligible by us.
